“Casheldale Lass is a bit hot. The last day, we had a hood on to try and settle her as she was keen the first day but she nearly settled too much, I think. We stuck the cheekpieces on today. She always showed a good bit working. Paul O'Brien has done a lot of jumping with her recently and it seems to have settled her. We were scratching our heads after the last day so we just changed tactics all together and said we'd go forward here. I was a little worried about the ground. I thought she was a nice filly and did good work as a two-year-old. We actually fancied her first time out even though the family take time. She'll be a dual-purpose filly. She's a real game filly and she finally showed today what we thought of her at home - Andrew Kinirons, trainer.”
