“Kai Lung did it well. It wasn't the plan to make it but it looked like there was no pace and he can be a little bit keen so Danny thought he'd settle a bit in front. Even at that, he was a bit gassy, but he jumped well. Obviously the second had had a couple of runs and the third was a decent Flat horse as well. He had a good few runs on the Flat himself so he had plenty of experience. He kept galloping away well, after being keen, which was good - David Casey, assistant trainer to Willie Mullins.”
