Princess Petrol
Went close in Group 3 Sweet Solera at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) last August and again ran well when fourth of five in Group 2 at Longchamp (1m, soft) in September; however, well beaten in Group 3/Listed races (7f/6f, good) on her two starts this spring and has to get back on track.

From the connections
“That was really smart. Princess Petrol had a lovely intro at Newbury with George Downing, who gave her a lovely educational ride, and learned a lot there. She's reaped the rewards here. There was a moment of worry in the stalls but she does that, even going to the stables sometimes. She likes to make everyone think she's in charge. We'll go 7f next time. Her dam won the Oh So Sharp Stakes and those kind of races would be good for her, but the Sweet Solera might come too soon. We'll definitely step up in class now - Ed Walker, trainer.”
