Napa
Built upon the promise on last month's debut fourth at Newbury (5f, good) to win valuable novice at Newmarket (5f, good to firm); did it nicely from the front last time and he's a leading contender today.

From the connections
“We've galloped out really well. It's almost like when you watch the breezers, the good ones gallop all the way to the top of the hill and that's what Napa did there. He's a classy horse, I've always liked him but I probably expected a bit more of him the first day. He was quite raw in the paddock and showed his immaturity but it looks like that Newbury race is going to be a strong one. It's nice to see him do that today and the world is his oyster. He could go six and would qualify for the new Windsor Castle - David Egan, jockey, speaking to Racing TV.”
