Tuesday's Racing: Quiet AI Card, But Cork’s Feature Races Delivered
A Quiet Start for the AI Model
Tuesday’s racing across 32 races at Cork, Naas, Nottingham, Windsor, and Ripon was a non-event for Racing Alpha’s v1.0 AI card. The model had zero settled selections yesterday, meaning no bets were entered into the public ledger. That’s a clean slate — no winners to celebrate, but also no losers to dissect.
Transparency is our brand. When the model doesn’t generate a selection for a race, we say so. You can always check the full record at the public performance ledger.
The Headline Race: Cork’s Feature Events
While our AI sat this one out, the racing action itself was intriguing. Cork’s two highest-rated contests — the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap and the Midsummer Handicap — saw strongly fancied market leaders justify short prices. The form lines there might feed into future AI ratings when those horses reappear.
At Naas, a competitive sprint handicap saw a 7/1 shot tough it out by a neck, a race that would have been squarely in our model’s wheelhouse had the data aligned.
Looking Ahead to Today
Today’s cards — notably at Sandown, Haydock, and Leopardstown — look more fertile for the AI. The v1.0 model is already processing morning line data and will publish selections shortly. As always, we cover every race the model rates, not a single tip.

The Takeaway
A day of zero settled bets is rare, but it happens. The model didn’t lose money — it just didn’t play. The focus now is on the week ahead, where multiple courses and deeper fields should give the AI more to work with.
We’ll keep the ledger honest, and the analysis sharp.
