St Faz
Usually races prominently; won four of his six starts for new yard this year, including when returned to turf for eight-runner race at Musselburgh (2m, good) in April; has excuses for the two defeats, on latest occasion fifth of 17 in the 2m2f Chester Plate despite the work he had to do to front-run from wide draw; one to note.

From the connections
“We're delighted with St Faz. It's the first horse we've trained for Aidan Ryan, so it's a great result to get two on the bounce. We've got him in next Thursday and hopefully he'll come home in good nick and we can back him up and see if we can get our hands on another bonus. He should make up into a nice dual-purpose horse for the summer. We'll have a bit of fun with him over the next couple of weeks. Hopefully we'll be back at Lingfield for Good Friday and then we'll be looking at some jumps. - Adrian Keatley, trainer.”
“St Faz is a horse that we were disappointed didn't win at three. The better ground was a help to him. Rather than lose his novice status in March we decided to wait until now. The other horse had never run over hurdles and that made a difference - Edward O'Grady, trainer.”
